Agreement

By using rovelia.shop or purchasing from Rovelia, you agree to these terms.

Products and Pricing

Products are subject to availability. Prices are shown in USD and are tax-free for US orders. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel orders affected by them.

Warranty

Mechanical and electrical products carry a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. Normal wear items (webbing, cables, coatings) are warranted against defects at time of receipt.

Limitation of Liability

Rovelia's liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. Recovery gear must be used within its rated limits and with proper technique; we are not liable for misuse beyond rated capacity.

Dispute Resolution

Disputes are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland. Contact support@rovelia.shop first — most issues are resolved with a single email.
