30-Day Return Window

Return unused items in original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund to the original payment method.

How to Start a Return

Email support@rovelia.shop or call +1-(240) 793-0363 with your order number. We issue an RMA and return instructions; unauthorized returns cannot be processed.

Damaged or Defective Items

Report shipping damage within 48 hours with photos. Defective hardware is replaced or refunded at our cost, including return shipping.

Refund Timing

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after the returned item arrives and passes inspection.

Non-Returnable Items

Items installed, wired, or used beyond inspection cannot be returned unless defective. Electrical items that have been hard-wired are non-returnable.
