Free Shipping — Every Order

Rovelia ships free to every address in the continental United States. There is no minimum order value and no shipping charge at checkout, ever.

Processing and Delivery

In-stock items ship within 1–3 business days. Heavier items (hitch carriers, axles, toolboxes) ship via standard parcel; oversized items may ship via freight carrier with liftgate or curbside delivery. Tracking is emailed for every order.

Delivery Time

Typical delivery is 3–7 business days after handling, depending on destination. Freight items may require 5–10 business days and carrier coordination for delivery windows.

US Only

We ship to United States addresses only. We do not ship to PO boxes for freight items; a physical address is required.

Damaged Deliveries

Inspect on arrival. Report shipping damage within 48 hours with photos to support@rovelia.shop and we will replace or refund the item.
